The Janzen family has always held a special place in my heart. 

I had the privilege of working as [Pastor] Llewellyn’s assistant for several years when we still lived in Regina and I learned so much from his peaceful, integral approach to everything he does. He is kind and patient and gives of himself wholeheartedly. He played an integral part in my life during some challenging times, and he also shared in the best day of my life as he married Adam & I back in 2014! Llewellyn and his wife, Kowanada, are some of the most genuine people I know.

Breanna is a dear friend with a gentle spirit and a heart of gold. I have enjoyed many coffee dates with her over the years and still look forward to our annual catch-ups when I’m in town! She is a loyal friend and a dedicated woman. 

Stacie, Noah, and Jaden were all part of the church youth group I volunteered at back in the day. I was thrilled when Stacie & Noah asked me to photograph their Saskatchewan wedding a few years later! It only seemed fitting that I’d get to document their family photos now, after welcoming their new baby boy only a week after we welcomed our own son into the world!

Over the years, I’ve grown to know and love the rest of their family, too, and it’s always a joy when I get them in front of my lens.
