Every detail of Caleb + Amy’s wedding was so perfectly and uniquely “them”.

 

The ceremony and reception were both held at Sonrise Church in Surrey where the couple first met and where their relationship continued to flourish.
Pictures of the two of them adorned the foyer as soon as you walked in and the personal vows they made to each other were the very outpouring of their hearts on paper.
The cake and desserts were made by Amy’s boss a the cupcakery where she works.
Her veil was the top layer of the veil her grandmother wore 50 years ago (which her great-grandmother had made).
Her dress was literally called “the Amy” dress, I kid you not!

 

I could talk about the beautiful details, the amazing bridal party (shout out!) or the delicious food, but I’d rather talk about the way Caleb looked at Amy when she wasn’t watching or how the two of them would steal small kisses or a quick embrace every moment they could. I’d rather talk about their eager excitement when I snuck them away for photos of just the two of them and how Caleb’s eyes sparkled as he assured me he’d “have no problem kissing her” for any shots I might need.

 

As the couple stood in the slivers of sunlight stretching through the trees, they finally had a moment to just “be” and to let it sink in that they were married.

Husband and wife.

Those quiet moments in the middle of the chaos are my favourite.
Drink it in. Absorb it. Enjoy it.
The day goes by so fast; don’t neglect to take a few minutes to just hold each other and let it all sink in.
