Throughout my career, there are moments that stand out as truly unforgettable – such was the case when I had the privilege of capturing Daniella and Ricardo’s wedding in Whistler, BC – a celebration that left an indelible mark on my heart.

The Whistler Sliding Centre served as the backdrop for their special day—a truly unique venue boasting incredible views and nestled in one of the most picturesque areas of the West Coast. 

As we ventured out to capture their portraits, the landscape provided a stunning backdrop full of mountain views, sprawling fields, and serene lakes. Nestled within a quiet nook along the lake, Daniella and Ricardo shared private vows with one another in the same place they got engaged.

Beyond the natural beauty of the surroundings, what truly stood out was the love and support of the friends and family who had traveled far and wide to be there for Daniella and Ricardo on their special day. Daniella’s parents, in particular, left a lasting impression on me with their kindness and warmth—a reflection of the values they have instilled in their daughters. It’s clear to see where Daniella gets her gentleness and compassion from, and it was an honor to witness the love that binds their family together.

In the end, Daniela and Ricardo’s wedding was more than just a celebration of their love—it was a testament to the power of family, the beauty of nature, and the joy that comes from sharing life’s most precious moments with those we hold dear.
