Ryan + Meg’s wedding was what backyard wedding dreams are made of.

Meg’s neighbours graciously offered their stunning property as the backdrop for their fairytale day. The couple stood before an ornate iron arbor adorned with thick boughs of greenery to share their vows before friends and family. Meg’s mom sang a beautiful melody during the signing of the registrar, and all 7 of the bride + groom’s siblings stood up to show their support as members of the bridal party.

On the other side of the house, tucked into perfect cove of trees, was a reception area boasting long family-style tables beneath strings of glowing lights. Classy + relaxed: a perfect reflection of Ryan + Meg. As they soaked in every moment, nothing seemed to phase them or stress them out. (Even when we ran so far behind schedule that we only had 15 minutes for bride + groom portraits!)

Ryan + Meg,

First, I just have to tell you, you guys looked like you should’ve been on the cover of a magazine. Seriously. #modelstatus
Second, I am so thrilled that you asked me to tag along on the biggest day of your lives (so far). Your wedding was beautiful, but it was so much more than pretty linens, twinkling lights, and perfect decor – it was beautiful because of the love you have for each other and the obvious love that your friends and family showed as they came to support + celebrate you. It’s been such a pleasure getting to know you both over the past year and I am excited to see where the future takes you!
